Indonesia has a total of 99,093 kilometers of coastline.

Indonesia has a total of 13,466 islands, and home of 14 percent of the world’s coral reef and also home of 27 percent of the worlda��s mangrove forests.

In terms of fishery, Indonesia controls 25 percent of the worlda��s fish population and is included as a country with the mega marine biodiversity with its 8,500 species of fish, 555 species of seaweed, and 950 species of coral reef.
