INDONESIA-CANADA

 

Trade relations between Indonesia and Canada have increased rapidly since the last decade. Two-way trade between both countries reached US$1.8 billion in 2007, with Indonesian exports valued at US$924.6 million and imports at US$920.3 million. 

Indonesia's main export commodities to Canada include natural rubber, clothing and textiles, electrical equipments, plywood, footwear, and food products . Whereas Canada is a major supplier of resource based products such as fertilizers, pulp, sulphur, cereal and manufacturing commodities including plastics, industrial machinery and chemical products.
